Yogurt Chicken

Ingredients

1= chicken cut into pieces.
1= cup yogurt
1 tsp=garlic
1 tsp =ginger
1 tsp=salt, 1= tsp =chillie
1 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp= gram masala
pinch of saffron
4 tbsp oil
2/3 tbsp tomato puree(if 2 chickens then 5 tbsp)
1/2 lemon.

 

 Method

  1. Mix all the above ingredients overnight or in the morning. 

  2. In the Evening spread the chickenon a greased tray, and into the oven on gas mark 6.

  3. Serve with finger chips 7 salad on the side
